Patients are encouraged to buy from the online store or local shop that is most convenient and economical.

Orthoshops.com is a service provided to doctors and clinics and is owned by Orthoshops, LLC. Participating doctors and clinics have contracted with Orthoshops, LLC to manage its online store and wholesale supply. Participating doctors and clinics have a direct financial interest in purchases made from the online store.


Ordering by Phone or from the Web site, which is best?

Ordering from the Web site www.Orthoshops is normally the fastest and easiest however we are more than happy to assist customers with the online shopping experience; please call our toll free number 1-877-887-4449 . A customer service representative will take your order and process your transaction. Please have your credit card information readily available as you will be required to provide it during the order process.

Why do you need my email address & phone number when I make a purchase?

Your email is needed to keep you and our systems up to date during the order. We will send you e-mail confirming your order along with a copy of your invoice and tracking numbers. Also, sometimes we have questions that we must have answered before we can ship your order. In these cases, we try to contact you by e-mail first, and then by phone.

Why do I have more than one tracking number?

Sometimes we have to package orders in more than one box or products might come from different warehouses. Each box that we ship to you will have its own tracking number.

What are your hours of operation?

Our website is open for orders 24/7. Our customer service department is open MON-FRI from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Where is your company located?

Our corporate offices are located in Southern California, however we service and deliveries reach the entire nation. Warehouses (from where products are shipped) are located throughout the country.

Where can I have the products delivered to?

We can ship to any home, office, residence or hospital. Products will only be shipped within the contiguous 48 United States and can only be shipping to standard addresses. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

What is the cost of shipping?

Shipping is flat fee of $4.95, $9.95 or $12.95 depending on the size of the item. Expedited delivery is available at an additional cost. Oversized and overweight items may incur additional shipping fees. However any additional fees will be based on the lowest cost available as made available by the shipping company (normally UPS or FedEx). Orthoshops uses several delivery agents including UPS Package Delivery and FedEx, Special Oversized Delivery by freight and occasionally US Postal Service.

What if Product is Oversized?

If item exceeds size and weight standards of UPS it will be considered Oversized. The name of the shipping company (UPS, FedExÖ) will be provided on your order. Delivery agent may call recipient to schedule a delivery time to meet in person. If no one is available to meet the delivery agent, they typically will redeliver at a convenient time. Delivery does not include setup or unpacking of delivery.

When will the order arrive?

Shipping time is the number of business days (Monday-Friday) it takes a product to reach you from the date it is shipped from product warehouses strategically located throughout the US. Depending on your location UPS could be anywhere from 2-4 days. Example: UPS package delivery Order placed: Saturday Ground Delivery: Orders will be processed Monday shipping from our warehouse late Monday, arriving at your shipping address between Wednesday and Friday (depending on the proximity of the shipping address to our closest warehouse). On Oversized Item considered too large by UPS, you will be contacted regarding the instructions and the approximate date of delivery plus to make arrangements and accept the delivery from a trucking company. Most orders received before 10pm PST will be processed and shipped the same day (Subject to Stock and Availability).

What if I do not want the product after I get it?

No problem, you have up to 3 days to return most products for full refund or exchange. Note: The product must be in the same condition as it was delivered to you. See Return Policy for details on how to return and condition.

Who would pay the freight for the return?

Since we are arranging for the return, freight charges would be your responsibility, unless the returned items were shipped to you in error. See Return Policy for details on how to return and condition.

What forms of payment do you take?

For your convenience, we accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa.

Do you accept Medicare or other form of Insurance?

We are not able accept any form of insurance. Sorry about that.

Will you provide financing?

We do not provide financing at this time.
